The Frequency of Love: Unlearning Fear and Remembering Who You Are

We often spend our lives searching for God, meaning, or peace as if they are destinations on a map or entities outside of ourselves. But what if God isn't a "being" with a name, but a frequency? An awareness and a state of being we already hold within us?

When we shift our perspective from searching externally to looking within, we realize there are only two primary ways to live: in Fear or in Love.

Fear: The Sneaky Energy

Fear is a subtle, sneaky force. It doesn't always arrive with a bang; it creeps in through childhood trauma, societal conditioning, or old religious paradigms. Once it’s in, it spreads like wildfire through self-doubt, criticism, and negative thought patterns.

Think of fear like a spell or a curse—if you don't catch it early, it begins to spiral, influencing your feelings and behaviors until you are completely out of alignment.

The Practice of "The Pause"

To return to the frequency of unconditional love, we must become masters of our own thoughts. This isn't about judgment; it’s about noticing.

When you feel that spiral of fear or anxiety starting:

  1. Pause. Stop the momentum immediately.

  2. Breathe. Use your breath to anchor yourself.

  3. Release. Say the word "release" out loud or in your mind.

  4. Reconnect. Place your hands over your heart and remember your true center.

The Process of Unlearning

Before we can truly embody love, we must go through a process of "unlearning." We have been conditioned to notice fear first. Returning to your source often starts with a simple, curious question: Who am I?

Sometimes, the universe nudges us back toward our center through a "Dark Night of the Soul"—a turbulent moment like a loss or a near-death experience. While these moments are painful, they are often the beginning of the truth. They strip away the lies society told us about being "broken" and reveal the reality: You are already whole. You are unconditional love.

Anxiety as an Alarm

Whenever you feel anxiety, view it as your body’s alarm system. It is telling you that you are out of vibration and back in fear. Anxiety often shows up when we stop living our authentic truth and start living for the approval, acceptance, or material needs of others.

Meditation is the tool that brings us back to source. It’s not just a relaxation technique; it’s a daily practice of embodiment. In the frequency of love, all things—healing, abundance, and manifestation—become possible.
