Coaching Services Terms & Conditions
1. Services Provided
Sheena Castle agrees to provide coaching services (session frequency/duration) as agreed upon via [e.g., Zoom/phone]. Coaching is a partnership to maximize personal/professional potential, not a substitute for mental health counseling.
2. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all conversations, written communications, and data shared during sessions confidential. Exceptions include legal requirements (court orders/subpoenas), imminent risk of harm to self or others, or illegal activities.
3. Fees and Payment
Payment: Fees are due upfront/before sessions and can be completed through the website’s scheduling page.
Late Payments: Overdue payments may result in suspension of services.
Refunds: Due to the nature of services, no refunds are provided.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Notice: Clients must provide at least 72 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Please reach out if you are struggling with this deadline to discuss.
Missed Sessions: Late cancellations or "no-shows" will result in the session being forfeited without refund.
5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
No Guarantees: The Coach makes no guarantees regarding specific results, and the Client takes full responsibility for their own actions and outcomes.
Liability: The Coach is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the coaching relationship.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with one week's written notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, tools, or techniques shared by the Coach are proprietary and for the Client's personal use only.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of AZ/United States.
